Meet Embedded Aerial Solutions
Eric Bayani - Principal
25 years in supply chain and logistics with 16 years in marine terminal operations at the Port of Long Beach. Since the 2015 inception of the Industrial General Permit (IGP), Eric has managed the California stormwater prevention pollution program (SWPPP) for marine terminal operations. He lead an $8M stormwater filtration (chito-san) construction project in the State of Washington. Eric is a Certified Qualified Industrial Stormwater Inspector. Other responsibilities include enforcing Construction General Permit for numerous terminal construction build-outs in California and Washington. Eric has also been awarded over $15M in environmental and security
grants, subsidies and vouchers in California and Washington.
Matt Torres - President
22 years in Aviation with 16 years in the United States Air Force and 6 years in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). During his military service, Matt was promoted to Flying Crew Chief for multiple aircrafts and was deployed to the Middle East. He held titles as Base Honor Guard, Maintenance Instructor, Subject Matter Expert and Training Manager. After his retirement, he continued in the aviation field by becoming a UAS pilot and acquired his FAA Part 107 Pilots License. Due to his skill sets, he was asked to become a UAS instructor and continues to train aspiring UAS pilots. Matt applies his pilot expertise in areas such as power lines, water and waste, mapping, topography and photography in multiple states from Hawaii to New York.
